Amy Eppen

Director of Development

Before joining the Ann Bancroft Foundation, Amy was the Director of Development at the Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) Foundation. She created, managed, and enhanced the college's alumni board and related efforts, represented DCTC in the community, planned small and large-scale events, devised and executed fundraising efforts, and administered the college’s scholarship process.

Her professional experience also includes several roles in higher education, including at the University of MN (U of M) - Twin Cities and, more recently, at DCTC. Amy assisted students from all walks of life at both institutions as they pursued their educational and professional goals. At the U of M, she was one of the first counselors nationwide to offer One Stop Services representing Financial Aid, Registration, and Student Accounts Receivable, significantly streamlining student services.

Amy graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Amy completed her master's degree in 2010 at the U of M.

Beyond her work, Amy is a Rosemount's Rotary Club member and will serve as the 2023-2024 president.

On a personal note, Amy and her husband, Matt, have two bright and energetic girls. The Eppens enjoy visiting southeastern beach locations each summer and eating delicious seafood. Amy also enjoys reading, Starbucks, catching up with friends, and walking their dog, Cora.
