Amy assisted students from all walks of life at both institutions as they pursued their educational and professional goals. Amy graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Amy completed her master's degree in 2010 at the U of M.
Beyond her work, Amy is a Rosemount's Rotary Club member and will serve as the 2023-2024 president.
On a personal note, Amy and her husband, Matt, have two bright and energetic girls. The Eppens enjoy visiting southeastern beach locations each summer and eating delicious seafood. Amy also enjoys reading, Starbucks, catching up with friends, and walking their dog, Cora.
