This webinar will explore where stress and anxiety come from and how they affect our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Participants will learn healthy and unhealthy coping strategies, how to focus on what they can control, and ways to manage stress when situations feel uncertain or out of their control.
The session will also cover common signs that anxiety may be more than everyday stress and share information on when and where to seek additional support.
Open to: Middle and high school girls and gender-expansive youth.
