2024 Ann Bancroft Foundation Annual Celebration

Thank you to those who supported this year’s annual celebration. Together, we raised critical funds needed to provide transformational experiences to K-12 girls in Minnesota to reach their potential.

Nat is a 16-year-old artist from Coon Rapids, Minnesota. They are a multi-media artist, working with drawing, sculpture, digital art, and more. Watch a snippet of how Nat created the key visual “Girls in a Field”: 

This year, we honored three remarkable DreamMakers, all of whom are grantees (Trailblazers) of the Ann Bancroft Foundation. They embody the essence of our theme, ‘The Gift of Girlhood’, fearlessly embracing change and striving to create a better world as they are in their youth. 

Aaliyah is a social justice advocate and founder of Global Teen Activists, an intersectional, youth-led organization committed to eradicating systemic injustices in schools and communities through advocacy and action. 

Cloie is a young entrepreneur. Cloie opened a Cottage Food Licensed bakery at a farmers market. Cloie then collaborated with fellow youth business entrepreneurs to create a youth-only vendor market within their community called the KindlMarkt. 

Oluwatomini is a mental health advocate striving to increase education and literacy in African immigrant communities. Oluwatomini lends her voice on the Minnesota Young Women’s Cabinet.
