Cora & Lily Bruno

Cora and Lily will travel to the Netherlands with their robotics team to compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge European Premier. There, they will compete, share their season’s work and accomplishments, connect with teams from around the world, and learn about other cultures.

Both Cora and Lily hope to inspire future generations to pursue robotics and STEM experiences.

“A dream I have is to be a role model for younger girls who have not yet discovered or want to be involved in STEM and robotics,” Cora shared. “I want to be part of reshaping the demographic of people in engineering fields and showing young girls what is possible.”

Lily has led a team project focused on expanding access to STEM and robotics for students living below the poverty line by creating free STEM and engineering-based kits and activities.

“Being able to share what I love and help others is important to me and is how I give back to my community,” Lily shared.
